Actor Ronit Roy has leased a 950-square-foot office space to skin and hair care firm Kerawi Care Private Limited for a period of five years, securing an initial monthly rent of ₹2.10 lakh. According to property documents reviewed via real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the cumulative rent for the entire 60-month duration reaches approximately ₹1.39 crore.

The leave-and-licence contract for the commercial unit, located on the fourth floor of Vastu Prestige near City Mall in Andheri West, was formally registered on June 12, 2026. Alongside the monthly rent, the tenant has deposited a security amount of ₹6.5 lakh.

Under the terms of the agreement, the monthly payment will experience a 5 percent increase each year. The rent will progress from ₹2.10 lakh in the first year to ₹2.20 lakh during the second year, ₹2.31 lakh in the third year, ₹2.43 lakh in the fourth year, and conclude at ₹2.55 lakh by the fifth year.

The arrangement stipulates that maintenance costs, including local taxes, levies, and non-occupancy fees, remain the responsibility of the licensor. Meanwhile, the licensee is required to clear electricity bills directly based on actual usage. The contract also enforces a strict 36-month lock-in duration applicable to both parties, though the documents note no vehicle parking slots were assigned to the office.

Ronit Bose Roy is widely recognized for his extensive career across Hindi cinema, television, and streaming series. He gained major public acclaim through prominent television roles, including playing Mihir Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Rishabh Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

This commercial leasing activity follows other notable real estate moves by the actor in Mumbai. Property registration records from two years prior revealed that Roy purchased a large 4,258-square-foot apartment within the Lodha Versova development in the Versova neighborhood for ₹18.94 crore, a transaction that included substantial stamp duty and registration expenses alongside four designated parking slots.
