Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav targeted Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar by adapting a popular children's nursery rhyme during an opposition protest march in the capital of Bihar.
While leading a demonstration organized by the INDIA bloc in Patna, Yadav recited a paraphrased version of the rhyme to accuse election authorities of manipulating voter lists. The protest was staged in response to opposition claims regarding irregularities during the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls.
During the march, the opposition alliance voiced strong discontent with the election administration and formally demanded the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner.
