Markets and commercial establishments in the inner circle of Connaught Place continued normal operations during the recent CJP Tiranga March protests, contrasting with previous demonstrations.

During an earlier protest on October 10, businesses across the area chose to shut down following advisories issued by traders over potential law-and-order disruptions. However, local shops and dining establishments stayed open this time.

While commercial activity proceeded as usual, security in the vicinity was heightened and Central Park remained closed to the public as the march took place.
