Despite facing reported detentions and a visible police presence stationed outside her residence, Nishu Azad managed to reach the site of a planned demonstration in Delhi.

Addressing questions regarding intense social media trolling and public criticism, Azad explained that her personal convictions have been profoundly shaped by reading the works of revolutionary thinkers and social reformers, including Bhagat Singh, B.R. Ambedkar, and Jyotirao Phule.

She emphasized that her ideological grounding makes her resilient in the face of online abuse, maintaining that she will not be deterred from participating in public demonstrations and standing up for her beliefs.
