A ten-member delegation of INDIA bloc leaders, including prominent figures such as Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, and Mamata Banerjee, marched from Parliament to Rashtrapati Bhavan to submit a formal memorandum to President Droupadi Murmu. The opposition leaders are pressing for the immediate resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar alongside the complete scrapping of the Special Summary Revision process, alleging that the initiative has led to the widespread disenfranchisement of voters throughout the country. Alongside the march to the presidential residence, various opposition members staged active demonstrations and dharnas near Parliament along Raisina Road and Vijay Chowk to voice their grievances.

Addressing the media during the protests, Rajya Sabha MP Syed Naseer Hussain stated that millions of legitimate voters had been arbitrarily deleted from electoral rolls and called for strict accountability regarding the alleged electoral discrepancies. The protest highlights escalating tensions between the opposition alliance and election authorities over administrative rolls and voting rights.
