Nothing's budget-focused sub-brand CMF has expanded its audio lineup with the introduction of two new portable Bluetooth speakers. Named the CMF Speaker S and Speaker M, these devices cater to users seeking portable music playback paired with distinctive styling and vibrant color options. Although the brand has previously established a presence in the budget smartphone and earbud categories, this launch marks its first entry into the portable Bluetooth speaker market.

Both devices showcase a geometric design and are offered in white, dark grey, orange, and turquoise. The hardware features Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity alongside an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The smaller CMF Speaker S is equipped with a 45mm full-range driver and two passive radiators, delivering a 10W RMS output with a frequency response spanning from 70Hz to 20kHz. In comparison, the larger CMF Speaker M incorporates a dedicated 25W woofer and a 10W tweeter to yield a 35W RMS output, covering a frequency range between 60Hz and 20kHz for enhanced instrument and vocal separation.

Adaptive tuning technology is integrated into both units to evaluate audio in real time and adjust output and equalizer parameters accordingly. Users can switch between Ultra Bass and Wide Soundstage modes or choose from four presets including Balanced, More Bass, More Treble, and Voice, all managed via the Nothing X app.

For device connection, the speakers incorporate Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, NFC tap-to-pair, simultaneous dual-device pairing, and USB-C audio input. Physical controls include a multi-function knob for volume and track navigation, as well as dedicated buttons for power, Bluetooth pairing, and Auracast. Users can also utilize Stereo Mode to pair two identical speakers or Party Mode to connect multiple units using Auracast.

Battery performance is rated for up to 18 hours of playback on a single charge at half volume with Ultra Bass active, while a 10-minute fast charge yields approximately one hour of listening time.

The CMF Speaker S carries a price tag of $59, whereas the larger CMF Speaker M is priced at $109. Both models are available in all four color variants through Nothing's official online store and select retail partners, though specific pricing and launch details for India have not yet been disclosed.
