Ravleen Varghese, a model who hails from Kerala, made her Victoria's Secret Fashion Show debut in Los Angeles.
Traveling from Kodumon in Kerala to one of the most prominent runways in the fashion industry, the 25-year-old model stepped out at the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on October 18, completing two runway walks and achieving a significant milestone in her expanding international career.
She shared the stage with prominent international figures including Gigi Hadid, Kylie Jenner, Irina Shayk, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Bella Hadid. During the event, she showcased two distinct looks, appearing first in a lacy pink lingerie set before returning for a second walk in a black-and-white ensemble alongside fellow models Luza Perote and Malika El Maslouhi.
Originally from Kodumon, Ravleen's path to modeling started when she was 18 years old. While living in Delhi to pursue design studies at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, she was discovered by Anima Creative Management. Although a modeling career was not her initial intention, the unexpected opportunity quickly propelled her from the domestic market onto the international fashion circuit.
Throughout her career, Ravleen has developed a diverse portfolio encompassing editorial, beauty, and fashion projects. She has collaborated with major international brands, appeared on multiple magazine covers, made her New York Fashion Week debut in 2022, and modeled for prominent designer Sabyasachi.
Through her appearance for Victoria's Secret, Ravleen joins an exclusive circle of Indian and Indian-origin models who have featured on the brand's runway, including Ujjwala Raut, Bhumika Arora, and Neelam Gill.
Her accomplishment coincides with a period of increased international visibility for Indian models. This season also featured Bengaluru-born model Mona Bhujel making her debut for Chanel during Paris Fashion Week, further highlighting India's expanding footprint in global fashion.
