An IndiGo flight operating from Delhi to Chennai was forced to divert to Hyderabad after a passenger's power bank reportedly caught fire inside the aircraft cabin.
Flight 6E 6115, utilizing an aircraft registered as VT-NOE, experienced the mid-air emergency which prompted the flight crew to take immediate action. The onboard cabin crew utilized a fire extinguisher to successfully contain and control the fire.
