Later, addressing students at Jai Gopal Garodia Hindu Vidyalaya, Prime Minister Modi highlighted that urban development remains a key priority, noting that India's metro network expanded from 250 kilometres across five cities in 2014 to over 1,100 kilometres across 25 cities today, while underlining his commitment to cooperative federalism.
