Oppo is preparing to introduce its next flagship Find X10 series in the Indian market. Ahead of the official release, the company has begun teasing the devices online to generate excitement and share key specifications. Oppo has confirmed that the Find X10 lineup will ship with ColorOS 17, following the software's global debut.

According to the company, ColorOS 17 is engineered to enhance performance by deeply integrating software and hardware at the chip level. This optimization is intended to ensure smooth operations during daily tasks as well as intensive activities like multitasking and extended 4K video recording. The updated operating system also aims to foster a more seamless connection across Oppo smartphones, Internet of Things gadgets, and other ecosystem software.

The Oppo Find X10 series consists of two models: the standard Oppo Find X10 and the Find X10 Pro Max. While the global rollout is scheduled for October 21, the India release is anticipated for October 22. The Find X10 Pro Max serves as Oppo's primary camera flagship and previously debuted in China equipped with three 200-megapixel cameras. Oppo has verified that the Indian variant of the Pro Max model will run on MediaTek's latest Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, marking the brand's first Pro Max designation.

Given its prior release in China, many specifications for the Indian version of the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max are already anticipated. The device is expected to feature a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED screen carrying a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, which can scale up to 144Hz for supported titles. The display is further projected to reach up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness, include 3840Hz PWM dimming, and support a minimum brightness of 1 nit.

Software-wise, the Indian variant is expected to mirror the Chinese model by running ColorOS 17 based on Android 17, alongside Oppo's Tide Engine technology. The Tide Engine reportedly minimizes the interval between capturing consecutive 200-megapixel images to just 0.7 seconds. Imaging remains a central focus for the Find X10 Pro Max, which is tipped to house a triple 200-megapixel rear camera system. This setup includes a primary sensor with an f/1.5 aperture and two-axis optical image stabilization, a 200-megapixel ultra-wide sensor offering a 124-degree field of view, and a 200-megapixel telephoto lens with optical stabilization that also enables macro photography from 10 centimeters away.

For front-facing photography and video calls, the smartphone is expected to sport a 50-megapixel camera with autofocus. Video features are tipped to include 8K Log recording across all three rear lenses alongside 4K video capture at 120 frames per second with Dolby Vision support. Under the hood, the Find X10 Pro Max is expected to pack an 8,000mAh battery supporting 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Oppo states that the battery in the Chinese edition maintains a minimum of 80 percent capacity after five years of usage.

Durability features are projected to include IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, complemented by a five-star drop and impact rating from SGS Switzerland. In the Chinese market, the Find X10 Pro Max is offered in Moon White, Warm Orange, and Light Titanium colorways, though availability for the Indian market has not yet been finalized.
