Mumbai: Alanna Panday’s baby shower brought the Panday family and their friends together in Mumbai on Thursday, as the influencer prepares to welcome her second child. The celebration was held at the residence of her parents, Aloke Chikki Panday and Deanne Panday, and featured family members, close friends, and several celebrity guests for an afternoon filled with games and light-hearted moments.
Among those at the gathering were Saiyaara co-stars Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, along with Ananya Panday. Manish Paul, Kubbra Sait, Karishma Tanna, and Tejasswi Prakash were also present. Videos from the event have since surfaced online, showing the family in a playful mood.
One clip from the baby shower showed guests divided into teams, with each team holding a cloth at both ends. Their task was to pass a baby-sized doll from one team to another. Aneet teamed up with Ananya for the game, but the pair accidentally dropped the doll while passing it on. The moment left the other players laughing and added to the fun of the gathering.
Ahaan made his acting debut opposite Aneet in Mohit Suri’s Saiyaara last year. The film marked Aneet’s first lead role in a movie. After its success, she signed the horror-comedy Shakti Shalini, which is scheduled for release in 2027. She has also appeared in the JioHotstar miniseries Hunkkaar. Ahaan is currently working on a film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. He and Aneet are also expected to reunite for an untitled romance directed by Mohit Suri.
Ananya also drew attention for her outfit at the event. She wore a white baby tee with the word Auntie printed in bold red letters. The T-shirt was from the brand NORBLACK NORWHITE and served as a playful nod to Alanna’s growing family.
Alanna, an influencer based in Los Angeles, is expecting her second child with her husband, American filmmaker Ivor McCray. The couple announced the pregnancy recently. They are already parents to their son, River, whom they welcomed in May 2024. Alanna and Ivor got married in Mumbai on 16 March 2023. The new arrival will make their family of three a family of four.
