Delhi Police teams arrived at the residence of Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke to serve an official notice regarding a proposed Tiranga rally planned for Central Park in Connaught Place. Law enforcement officials directed Dipke to refrain from carrying out any protests, gatherings, or marches, pointing to the absence of official police permission, the active enforcement of Section 163, and the denotification of Jantar Mantar as a designated protest site.

Authorities expressed strong concerns regarding potential disruptions to public order and local business operations within the commercial hub of Connaught Place, particularly during the busy Navratri festive season. Visuals from inside his residence captured Dipke reviewing and signing the administrative documents while holding the national flag. Audio recordings from the interaction indicated that Dipke informed the visiting officers that the scheduled event was intended as a flag-unfurling ceremony rather than a political protest.

In response to the situation, security arrangements throughout the Connaught Place area have been significantly heightened to intercept any unauthorized assemblies or demonstrations. Meanwhile, other Cockroach Janta Party associates, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, continue to remain in judicial custody following their involvement in earlier demonstrations.
