New Delhi: Delhi Police personnel have arrived at the residence where Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke is staying on Rani Jhansi Road in Delhi, ahead of his scheduled Tiranga rally at Central Park in Connaught Place. Officials entered the premises carrying files following Dipke's claims of possible preventive detention or arrest.

The police have formally denied permission for any protest march, assembly, or demonstration in the sensitive Connaught Place zone, citing Section 163 and objections from local traders regarding business disruption during the festive season. Multi-tier security arrangements, barricading, and public announcements prohibiting gatherings have been instituted across the Connaught Place circle.

Fellow party figures Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka remain in judicial custody following earlier demonstrations. As security forces monitor the developing situation on the ground, authorities retain options to either restrict Dipke's movement at his residence or halt any unauthorised attempt to proceed towards the venue.
