Delhi Police personnel have arrived at the residence where Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke is staying on Rani Jhansi Road in Delhi, ahead of his scheduled Tiranga rally at Central Park in Connaught Place. Officials entered the premises carrying files following Dipke's claims that he could face preventive detention or arrest.

The police have formally denied permission for any protest march, assembly, or demonstration in the sensitive Connaught Place zone. Authorities cited Section 163 alongside objections from local traders regarding potential business disruption during the festive season.

In response to the planned event, multi-tier security arrangements, barricading, and public announcements prohibiting gatherings have been instituted across the entire Connaught Place circle. Meanwhile, fellow party figures Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka remain in judicial custody following earlier demonstrations.

As security forces continue to monitor the situation on the ground, law enforcement authorities retain options to either restrict Dipke's movement at his residence or halt any unauthorized attempt to proceed toward the intended venue.
