Noah Centineo, widely recognized for his roles in romantic comedies, is shifting gears into action and video game adaptations with his upcoming project, Street Fighter. While preparing for the intense physical demands of the film, Centineo found unexpected mentorship and support from his Indian co-star, Vidyut Jammwal, who is making his debut in the movie.

In an interview, Centineo spoke warmly about his time working alongside Jammwal, describing him as a powerful presence whose words carry a distinct energetic impact. The Hollywood actor recalled how Jammwal’s influence extended well beyond dialogue or moral encouragement into a surprisingly physical realm during production.

While filming a fight sequence involving the characters Ken and Dhalsim, Centineo casually mentioned that he was feeling a bit sore. Jammwal immediately instructed him to lie down on the ground. Trusting his co-star, Centineo complied as Jammwal used his feet to apply pressure across his back, neck, and shoulders in a brief, high-intensity intervention.

After working on him for roughly two minutes, Jammwal walked away without a word. Centineo stood up and discovered that his soreness had vanished completely, leaving him astonished by the rapid recovery and Jammwal's distinct background, which includes a family history of traditional healers.

That memorable off-screen camaraderie has apparently paved the way for future travels. Centineo confirmed that Jammwal has repeatedly invited him to visit India and offered to personally show him around the country. When asked about his travel timeline, the actor hinted that a trip could potentially materialize late this year or early next year, pending a conversation with his co-star.

Street Fighter is scheduled to release in India on October 16.
