India has strongly criticised UN Special Rapporteur Ben Saul, accusing him of incompetence after he overlooked the known presence of wanted terrorist Dawood Ibrahim in Pakistan.
Speaking on the matter, Indian diplomat Raghoo Puri stated firmly that international human rights frameworks must never be allowed to serve as a refuge or sanctuary for terror perpetrators and individuals who propagate extremism.
