A new building of the Sub-Registrar Office at Ponnamaravathy in Pudukottai district was inaugurated by Minister for Labour Welfare and Skill Development S. Mohamed Farvas on Saturday.The new building has been constructed at a cost of ₹1.75 crore.
The office caters to 58 villages in Tirupathur, Ponnamaravathi and Singampunari taluks under the Karaikudi Registration District.The new building includes better amenities for the public including visitors hall and toilets. A CCTV system has been installed in the new office buildingCollector M.
