Scheduled for 3.30 pm at Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge's residence, the programme will follow a mock parliamentary format.
Former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar will preside over the proceedings, while Kharge will move the motion. Nearly 30 speakers from different parties are expected to address the gathering, with Rahul Gandhi scheduled to deliver the concluding remarks.
The Opposition is seeking Kumar's resignation over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls and alleged electoral irregularities. Originally scheduled for Friday, the programme was postponed due to heavy rain in Delhi.
