If the harassment persists, authorities employ the Family, Friends, and Relatives technique to contact the offender's family members and close associates. The initiative operates a call centre with a 150-seat capacity, handling approximately 8,000 incoming and 10,000 outgoing calls daily.
The redressal system provides counselling, emotional support, and follow-up feedback for complainants. Authorities also conduct follow-up checks after 30 days to confirm if the harassment has stopped, resuming the resolution process if issues continue.
