Video: How Team CJP was detained onboard Air India flight as it landed in Delhi
Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke and fellow leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were detained by the Delhi Police minutes after their flight landed in Delhi on Saturday. The trio were taken into custody from inside the aircraft shortly after its arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. This came ahead of the CJP's Jantar Mantar 2.0 protest, planned for later in the day. While he was being detained, Dipke entered into a brief verbal confrontation with police personnel. "Main arrest hone hi aaya hu (I came to get arrested only)," he was heard saying. "I am not afraid," the CJP founder said further.
