Matthew Van Dyke returns to India, appears before NIA court
American national Matthew Aaron Van Dyke returned to India after a month-long visit to the US to meet his family and appeared before the NIA court at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue. He was among seven foreign nationals arrested in March over allegations that they illegally entered Myanmar through Mizoram and trained armed groups in drone technology. The UAPA was not invoked against Van Dyke.
