Giri The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released the list of candidates provisionally qualified for the walking test and medical examination for Thanedar posts in the AP Forest Subordinate Service, and declared the provisional selection results for Lecturer posts in Government Degree Colleges in three subjects.According to a statement issued by the Commission on Wednesday (October 21, 2026), the list of candidates provisionally admitted to the next stage of the Thanedar recruitment process, notified under Notification No.
13/2025, dated September 9, 2025, has been published on the official website, https://psc.ap.gov.in.The candidates were shortlisted based on their merit in the written examination conducted in offline mode on February 9, 2026, during the forenoon and afternoon sessions, and on February 10, 2026, during the afternoon session across the erstwhile 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.The dates, timings and venues for the walking test and medical examination would be communicated separately to eligible candidates, the Commission said.In another announcement, APPSC declared the list of provisionally selected candidates for Lecturer posts in Government Degree Colleges under the AP Collegiate Education Service (General Recruitment), notified through Notification No. 17/2023 dated December 30, 2023.The provisional selection lists have been released for three subjects — Commerce, History and Political Science — and are available on the Commission’s official website.
