The Allahabad High Court has initiated contempt action after lawyers allegedly vandalised the courtroom of Justice Ajay Bhanot during a protest against his conduct. The court has directed the Registrar (Protocol) to examine CCTV footage, identify those involved and submit a report by November 19.
