The 16th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from October 30 to November 1, bringing together real estate developers, financial institutions and allied industry stakeholders.Organised by the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), Telangana, the three-day exhibition will showcase apartments, villas, plotted developments, commercial properties and retail spaces across different budgets.The exhibition will be held at hall number 4, HITEX, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all three days.NAREDCO Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the event would provide a platform for developers to engage directly with prospective buyers amid continued demand for residential and commercial properties in Hyderabad.Financial institutions, including the State Bank of India, Central Bank of India and IDBI Bank, will participate to provide information on home loans. Building material suppliers and allied industry representatives will also showcase their offerings.NAREDCO Telangana, a 31-year-old industry association representing over 350 real estate developers and six affiliated organisations, said the exhibition would serve as a common platform for buyers, developers and financial institutions.
