Dracula, Batman, Yamraj and a man perched atop a sign: Quirky protesters spotted by Mo

Mo spotted some protesters registering their dissent in unusual ways- while a few were spotted dressed as Yamraj, another as a blood-thirsty dark knight; and one protesters perched comfortably atop a no parking sign.
