One man was seen pointing at the employee and raising his voice, saying, “I am f**king talking to you patiently, do not give me random responses.”When the staff member tried to calm him down, the passenger grew angrier and snapped, “Shut the f**k up, I need answers now.” The employee responded that they had not received fuel clearance and that there was little he could do about the situation. However, the passengers continued shouting as the confrontation unfolded.Sharing the video, Abhishek claimed that the Kolkata-Bengaluru flight, scheduled to depart at 8:15 am, had not taken off because SpiceJet had not made the required fuel payment.
He also alleged that the airline did not have enough staff to scan passengers’ boarding passes, adding that there was no accountability for the delay.Take a look at the post here:Watch the video here:The incident garnered angry reactions online, with several users criticising the airline over the alleged lack of communication and assistance. One user called for the airline to shut down, claiming passengers had arrived at the airport as early as 4 am and had been waiting for more than 12 hours without refreshments.Another user argued that India needed more domestic airlines to increase competition, saying passengers often had limited alternatives when existing carriers failed to provide satisfactory service.A third user recalled facing a similar situation a couple of years earlier, saying a flight delay had caused them to miss an important client meeting.- Ends
