Five individuals have been rescued and hospitalised. Rescue teams are currently using metal and cement cutters to find others who may be trapped under the debris.

A roof slab of an under-construction house in Ghaziabad collapsed, resulting in one death and four injuries. The slab on the first floor gave way completely, falling on workers below.
