Delhi Police FIR Against CJP Leaders, Jantar Mantar Entry & Illegal Detention Charge

Delhi Police registered a first information report against Cockroach Janta Party leaders Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, Ajinkya Shinde, and other members for allegedly entering Jantar Mantar without authorization after scaling the gates. The incident followed the de-notification of Jantar Mantar as a designated protest site. Responding to the detentions, CJP founder Abhijit Dipke alleged that party workers and students were illegally held without access to legal counsel, comparing police conduct to kidnapping and demanding adherence to the Constitution and the rule of law.
